Coaching Agreement — Terms & Conditions

FIGURE IT OUT™ Foundations Coaching Engagement

By signing this agreement, or by checking the acceptance box presented with the payment link, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms. This document constitutes the complete agreement between Client and Ask Weldon Hobbs LLC (“Provider”) for the FIGURE IT OUT™ (“FIO™”) Foundations coaching engagement.

    1. Prerequisite — fit call (completed)

This engagement begins only after Client has completed the free 30-minute fit call and both parties have confirmed mutual fit. By signing this agreement, or by checking the acceptance box presented with the payment link, Client confirms that the fit call has been completed and that both parties have a reasonable, good-faith belief that the scope of services described in this agreement will be beneficial to Client’s situation.

The fit call is required, not optional.

    2. What you are purchasing

The FIGURE IT OUT™ Foundations coaching engagement is a six-month coaching engagement. The engagement includes:

    • An initial 2-hour (120-minute) Diagnostic session — a full conversation covering all the decisions on Client’s mind, worked through the Life → Wealth → Real Estate sequence: first identifying the life goal, then examining how to optimize it for wealth and identifying potential financial impacts, and then — once the constraints and opportunities are understood — evaluating whether real estate is even part of the goal and, if so, what factors make the most sense for Client. From there, the focus turns to how to execute, and what to evaluate, within Client’s own parameters, constraints, and opportunities. Provider does not make decisions for Client; the purpose of this session, and of the engagement as a whole, is to empower Client to make their own informed decisions based on the information gathered and the research that follows the session
    • A written project management plan (“PMP”) created by Provider within 5 business days of the Diagnostic session, based on everything known at that point. The PMP maps out the decision sequence and designs the specific questions to bring to the licensed professionals Client may need, identified upfront (for example: CPA, attorney, estate attorney, lender, real estate professional, and others as required). For the tasks involved, the PMP identifies dependencies and which items can be worked in parallel — all in an effort to gather the right and best information for Client to make fully informed decisions. The PMP is a working draft at this stage, to be reviewed together at the next meeting
    • A 2-hour PMP review call, scheduled by Client, in which Provider and Client review the project management plan together and make amendments based on new information. The refined plan becomes the set of tasks to go figure out, informed by better questions to ask against the decisions in front of Client — it is the blueprint. The PMP is never truly final; it is a living document, because there will always be new information. It is meant to help Client organize their thoughts in order to execute, and carries no guarantee of outcomes
    • Ongoing 30-minute coaching calls every one to two weeks across the six-month engagement. As new information comes in, we adjust the plan, reorient the questions needed, resequence as required, and develop the steps to accomplish each week to help Client make steady progress toward their goals. The intent is to walk alongside Client — offering continued support, accountability, and refinement — to help Client move forward with confidence and clarity
    • Email support throughout the engagement
    • Access to the Ask Weldon Hobbs referral network of vetted professionals. Where a needed professional does not already exist in Client’s area, Provider will make every effort to interview and identify one, or provide Client the questions to interview someone based on Client’s situation. Provider is only the initial referral; Client interviews any professional, confirms they are the right fit, and makes the decision. Provider makes no guarantee as to the performance of any professional, whether within the referral network or interviewed and identified for Client

    3. Scheduling, rescheduling, and no-shows

Client is responsible for scheduling all sessions through Provider’s booking system. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ advance notice at no cost, subject to Provider’s availability. A rescheduled, cancelled, or missed session is not guaranteed to be made up within the same week; it is rescheduled based on availability and folds into the ongoing every-one-to-two-week cadence. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) forfeit that session, except in cases of documented emergency at Provider’s discretion.

Provider may also need to reschedule a session due to illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstance. In that event, Provider will reschedule the affected session and extend the six-month engagement term as needed to accommodate the delay, so that Client receives the full scope of sessions and support without penalty.

    4. Engagement timeline

This is a six-month engagement. The six-month term begins on the day of the initial Diagnostic session and runs for six calendar months thereafter. The Diagnostic session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. The PMP is delivered within 5 business days of the Diagnostic session, and the 2-hour plan review call is completed shortly thereafter. Ongoing 30-minute coaching calls then occur every one to two weeks through the remainder of the six-month term, scheduled based on mutual availability. A missed or rescheduled call is not guaranteed to be made up within the same week and instead folds into the ongoing cadence; sessions not scheduled or completed within the six-month term are forfeited and do not extend it. The refund option in Section 13 must be exercised by the end of the plan review call. Continued support beyond the six-month term is available as a separate add-on engagement.

    5. Provider scope and credential disclosure

Provider is Weldon Hobbs, a Project Management Professional (PMP), Ramsey Certified Financial Coach (CFC), licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Colorado, and Life Transition Strategist. Provider is NOT a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Registered Investment Advisor, attorney, CPA, or fiduciary, and does not sell financial products.

The FIO™ Foundations engagement provides educational guidance and project-management coordination support. It does not constitute regulated financial, legal, tax, investment, or real estate brokerage advice. This engagement is not a real estate brokerage agreement. Any subsequent real estate transaction would require a separate written brokerage agreement.

Client agrees to obtain counsel from appropriately licensed practitioners for any regulated matter and retains full responsibility for any decision or action taken during or following the engagement.

    6. No guarantee of outcomes

Provider makes no representation or guarantee of specific outcomes, financial results, real estate transaction terms, or any other measurable result from this engagement. The FIO™ Foundations engagement delivers a structured decision process and a written plan. Client’s outcomes depend on factors outside Provider’s control.

    7. Client cooperation

The quality of the PMP and the value of the engagement depend on Client providing accurate, complete, and timely information. Provider builds the PMP based on what Client discloses during the Diagnostic session and in supporting communications. Provider is not responsible for outcomes, recommendations, or sequencing decisions that are affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by Client.

    8. Email support

Email support is provided throughout the engagement. Between scheduled calls, Provider will continue to work on Client’s behalf — investigating questions, refining the plan, and researching issues that arise within the scope of the engagement. Provider will respond to Client email inquiries within two (2) business days during the active engagement period. Email support is not a substitute for the scheduled coaching calls and does not constitute regulated advice. Work on a new decision or matter that falls outside the scope of the original engagement may be handled as a separate add-on engagement, which Provider will discuss with Client before any additional cost applies.

    9. Recordings

Provider records sessions as a required condition of this engagement, for the purpose of building the PMP and maintaining accurate engagement records. Client consents to this recording by entering into this agreement. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as permitted under Section 10 (Confidentiality).

Client has the option to record sessions for Client’s own personal reference and future review. This is Client’s choice, not a requirement. Client’s recordings are for Client’s personal use only and may not be published, redistributed, shared with third parties, or used in any manner inconsistent with Section 11 (Intellectual property).

    10. Confidentiality

Provider treats all Client information shared during the engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except (a) to professionals Client expressly authorizes Provider to coordinate with, (b) as required by law, or (c) as fully anonymized examples used for training, education, or marketing with no identifying detail. Client acknowledges that Provider’s methodology, frameworks, templates, and any non-public materials shared during the engagement are confidential to Provider and may not be disclosed to third parties.

    11. Intellectual property

The FIGURE IT OUT™ (FIO™) framework, the structure and templates underlying the PMP, the bonus library, and all proprietary methodology used in this engagement are and remain the intellectual property of Ask Weldon Hobbs LLC. Client receives a personal-use license to the PMP and any materials delivered as part of this engagement, for use solely in Client’s own decision-making. Client may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, resell, or use any of these materials to develop competing services.

    12. Referrals

Provider may refer Client to vetted third-party professionals as part of the PMP and during the engagement. Where Provider receives any referral fee, commission, or other compensation from a referred professional, Provider will disclose that relationship to Client at the time of the referral. All referrals are made based on Provider’s assessment of fit for Client’s situation, not on compensation received. Client retains full responsibility for evaluating and engaging any referred professional. Client is not obligated to use any specific referral.

    13. Refund policy

The engagement fee reflects two components: the upfront work — the Diagnostic session and the written PMP, which is the most labor-intensive portion — and the ongoing support that follows. If, after attending both the Diagnostic session and the 2-hour plan review call, Client does not feel the engagement warranted continuing, Client may request a 50% refund. That decision must be made and communicated to Provider by the end of the plan review call. The 50% retained reflects the completed upfront work; the 50% refunded reflects the ongoing support not yet provided. Requesting the refund ends the engagement, and no further sessions or support will be provided. The project management plan and any informational PDFs already delivered to Client remain Client’s property.

If Provider is unable to deliver or complete the engagement for any reason, Client will receive a 100% refund of the portion of the fee attributable to services not yet rendered. If Provider is unable to deliver the Diagnostic session or the PMP, Client is refunded the full $2,997. If Provider becomes unable to continue after the Diagnostic session and PMP have been delivered, Client is refunded 50% of the fee, prorated to reflect any coaching calls already completed. Provider will notify Client promptly if Provider becomes unable to continue and will issue any refund due within 14 days of that notice.

    14. General terms

This document represents the entire agreement between Client and Provider regarding the FIO™ Foundations engagement and supersedes any prior discussions, marketing materials, or representations. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or county courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and both parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction.

Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through informal discussion and, if that is unsuccessful, through non-binding mediation conducted in El Paso County, Colorado, with the parties sharing the cost of the mediator equally. If a provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

    15. Agreement, fee, and payment

The fee for the FIGURE IT OUT™ Foundations coaching engagement is $2,997 (two thousand nine hundred ninety-seven dollars). The fee is the same regardless of how it is paid.

Payment schedule. At acceptance, Client selects one of the following and that selection is recorded with Client’s electronic signature: (a) payment in full; (b) $1,495 due at acceptance, with the remaining $1,502 paid in five equal monthly installments of $300.40, due every 30 days until the $2,997 total is paid; or (c) a custom arrangement described by Client at acceptance and invoiced by Provider. Where installments apply, each installment is due on the same day of each following month, and Client initiates each payment; Provider does not store card details or charge automatically. Services may be paused if an installment remains unpaid more than 10 days past its due date. The scope of services is identical under every arrangement.

Electronic signature and email verification. Client accepts these Terms by entering Client’s legal name, verifying Client’s email address with a one-time code sent to that address, selecting a payment arrangement, and checking the acceptance box. Provider records the verified email address, the selection, the timestamp, the device information, and the version of these Terms, and emails Client a copy of the completed acceptance. Client agrees this constitutes a valid electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

By signing below, or by completing the electronic acceptance described above, Client and Provider agree to work together under these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Either method of acceptance is equally binding. Following acceptance, Provider will send Client an invoice. Client chooses how to pay that invoice — by check, by credit card, or through a PayPal or Stripe link provided by Provider. These are options offered for Client’s convenience, and Client is not required to use any of them; payment by check alone is fully acceptable. Provider does not retain Client’s credit card on file and will not initiate automatic or recurring charges; any card or electronic payment is initiated by Client. No services will be rendered until payment has been accounted for.

    Acceptance & Signatures

The parties have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions set forth above. Signatures are required where Client accepts by signed copy; where Client accepts electronically at checkout, the acceptance box serves in place of the signatures below.
