I'm a Certified Financial Coach and real estate professional with a project management background. My wife Kristen and I are both U.S. Air Force Academy graduates, and she continues to serve as an Air Force Reservist. Our family has moved repeatedly—so I understand how exhausting major transitions can be, especially when they involve home, finances, and family all at once.

Why I Do This
It started with my mom.
I watched my own mother go through a crisis downsizing—and it was one of the hardest things our family has ever walked through. The decisions came fast, the emotions ran deep, and the pressure to “just do something” made it difficult to think clearly.
In the middle of it, I kept thinking: It didn't have to be this way. With a plan, with someone to help her sort through the options, and with the right people around her, the whole experience could have been calmer, clearer, and more dignified.
That experience is the reason I do this work. I help you think through major life transitions before they become crises—so you can make decisions from a place of clarity, not urgency. Seniors and downsizers are especially close to my heart, but the same process applies to anyone facing a big change: get clear on the life goal first, protect and optimize the wealth second, and only then decide what to do with the real estate.
